The task
Our customer - a company active in the medical technology sector - wanted a digital solution to support its sales representatives in their business meetings. As is often the case in the B2B environment, the products were medical instruments requiring explanation and intensive consultation. The sales app was to be used to present them clearly in their various areas of application. In addition, the use of state-of-the-art technologies was to underscore the company's progressiveness.
Our approach
In order to present the complex products in a tangible and application-related way, we placed a special focus on the visual and multimedia presentation when developing the app. The app shows medical treatments in their individual stages. Products are assigned to each treatment step, which are clearly explained with simulations, demo videos and infographics. An individual product catalog can be generated via the function of a collection folder. The connection to the company's own ERP system enables sales staff to retrieve customer and product data in real time.
